• SCULPT 40 is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of our website, workouts, or guides.
• All SCULPT 40 content, including workout plans and text, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.
• SCULPT 40 plans are sold as digital downloadable content (PDF and Google Sheets). No physical goods are shipped.
• Users are responsible for adjusting workouts to suit their own fitness level and limitations. SCULPT 40 is not responsible for misuse of the plan.
• By purchasing a SCULPT 40 plan, you agree to the refund policy as stated on the site. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by emailing trainer@sculpt49.com, provided the plan hasn’t been fully downloaded or used.
